Located on an island on the banks of the River Siagne, this residence ison a 5-hectare estate. It is located just 800 metres from the sea and it also has an outdoor pool.

The residence is made up of 10 one or two-storey buildings and includes many sports and leisure facilities. Enjoy full independence in a modern studio or apartment with a fully-equipped kitchenette.

You will have free access to the pools, playgrounds and sports complex. There is a restaurant which is open from June to September.

The residence is located 1 km from small shops and 3 km from the nearest supermarket. Mandelieu is a seaside residence with the largest marina in the Alpes Maritimes region and was awarded the "Water sports label" for its wide variety of water sports and activities.

– Everyday except Saturday: From 9 AM to noon and 3PM till 7 PM.

The outdoor, heated swimming pool is open from April to November.
